US spy agencies look at cloud for security

Cloud computing may not be the first thing associated with security, but the U.S. government seems to be trying to change that, and it could eventually pay dividends for B2C and B2B businesses looking to integrate cloud services. U.S. Director of National Intelligence James Clapper said cloud computing could play a big role in sharing information securely between the country's spy agencies.

Ecommerce to see big improvement in 2012
With increased activity in both the B2B and B2C sector, ecommerce is poised for a big year, according to a presentation at the Women's Wear Daily Digital Forum by Michael McNamara, global solution leader at MasterCard Spending Pulse. The industry could see a 17 percent year-over-year gain to up to $200 billion this year, Luxury Daily reports.
